Other child actors, such as director Ron Howard, politicians Lech and Jarosaw Kaczyski, and singer Jenny Lewis, have gone on to have successful careers in other industries. You might also remember the names like Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon etc who rocked their worlds as child actors.
The word “child actor” or “child actress” refers to a youngster who performs on stage, in films, or on television. As well as an adult who began their acting profession as a child. To avoid any misunderstanding, the latter is also referred to as a former child actor. A teenage actor, often known as a teen actor, is a well-known actor who rose to prominence as a teenager.
Some people criticise child actors’ parents for allowing their children to work, feeling that more “regular” hobbies should be the standard throughout their children’s formative years. Others see competitive pressure in every aspect of a child’s life. From sports to the student newspaper to orchestra and band. They believe that the work ethic instilled or talent developed benefits the child.

Darsheel Safari
The Taare Zameen Par protagonist Darsheel Safary’s character Ishaan Awasthi remains imprinted in our memory even after years of the film’s premiere, thanks to none other than superstar Aamir Khan.
Darsheel, now 22, keeps in touch with his former co-actor and coach about practically everything essential in his life, especially his acting profession. Hrithik Roshan
That we’ve landed to the Greek God of Bollywood and one of the world’s most talented men, let us to give you some background on Hrithik’s life prior to Kaho Na Pyar Hai. Many people, including Sanjay Dutt, are unaware that he starred in the 1980 film Aasha, thanks to his grandfather’s encouragement at the tender age of six.

Amir Khan
Aamir Khan made his acting debut as a child actor in his uncle Nasir Hussain’s 1973 film Yaadon Ki Baarat. His major break came in 1988 when he was cast opposite Juhi Chawla in the film Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. Now, this is some incredible on-screen chemistry we cherish to this day.
Sana Saeed

Siddharth Nigam
You might remember Dhoom 3. And probably familiar with Sahir/Samar, the young youngster. Siddharth originally appeared in a Bournvita commercial before being contacted by the Dhoom 3 casting committee for an audition. This was a watershed moment for the young actress, who went on to play key roles in Indian soap operas.
Siddharth Nigam is well known for portraying Aladdin in the Sab TV drama Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga. Besides that, Siddharth is a gold medalist gymnast! Talk about putting on several hats.
Malvika Raj
From absorbing every image to every line of speech, the film has cemented a place in our thoughts and hearts. Malvika Raaj did the same with her portrayal of Kareena Kapoor’s younger self, Poo. Malvika went on to appear in Telugu films, which she continues to do at the age of 30.
By the way, she hasn’t aged a day, and other Bollywood child performers haven’t either! Captain Nawab, starring Emraan Hashmi, was released in 2017.
Urmila Matondkar
Urmila Matondkar was a well-known child performer. She landed a role at the age of three, which is impressive in and of itself. Urmila’s portrayal as Rinki in the 1983 film Masoom is one of her most memorable from her kid acting days.
Urmila is no longer known for being one of Bollywood’s child stars, and she has a slew of superhit films later in her career, and then going on to become a politician.
