The exciting new line up of upcoming marvel movies was recently announced by DISNEY INDIA!
Disney India has announced the release dates for some of the most anticipated Hollywood films in the years 2021-2022. Beginning with Marvel Studios’ “Eternals” on which the MCU fans had their eyes fixed prior to it’s trailer in August, 2021. It recently released in theatres and what a response!!
The Marvel enthusiasts’ hearts dropped after the death of Iron man A.K.A Tony Stark, but that’s not how it ends. Therefore, this year we are going to witness yet another set of amazing thrillers filled with action and light, which will bring us back to the home of MCU. Nonetheless, this Diwali did not only witness a lot of Lights, but some Camera and Action as well.
What All to Expect
To add up to the excitement let’s take a look at what we are going to witness. Doctor Strange: Multiverse Of Madness starring Benedict Cumberbatch as Dr. Steven Strange, Elizabeth Olsen, ‘Mean Girls’ and ‘The Notebook’ highlight Rachel McAdams as Chritine Palmer and many more.
Thor: Love and Thunder bringing back the love story of Thor and Jane, played by the Oscar-winning actress and our favourite, Natalie Portman. Following this, however, we have Black Panther- Wakanda Forever where Chadwick Boseman A.K.A T’ Challa would be remembered in every bit of the movie. And an Avatar sequel with Zoe Saldana and Kate Winslet in the cast. Blade starring Mahershala Ali are among the other films that stands in line for release by MCU in the next year, 2022.

The theatres open for the audience to hog up the release dates around the stressful event of the pandemic.

Eternals, created by Celestials, appear to be able to come out exclusively to protect the world from Deviants. As a result, they continued to live in secrecy during the war between humanity along with the avengers and Thanos. The movie will be released in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
It stars actors like Angelina Jolie as Thena, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Salma Hayek as Ajak, and Lauren Ridloff of The Walking Dead as Makkari rounding out the cast.
Kit Harington, who plays the Black Knight in Game of Thrones, will also appear.
He, who brought Marvel’s Thor franchise back to life with the smash hit Ragnarok, believes the Norse god and Avenger’s impending fourth film, Love and Thunder, will be drastically different from the previous three. Taika Waititi, director, writer, and actor, spoke to Empire magazine for its July 8 issue, expanding on an Instagram post he published at the beginning of June announcing that filming had completed.
He referred to his work with the cast and crew as “the strangest thing I’ve ever done” in the article. Christian Bale, who was loved as Batman in the Batman Trilogy by Nolan, will be seen as Gorr, The God Butcher.

There is no news on who will succeed T’Challa as Black Panther, although speculations suggest it may be Shuri, T’Challa’s younger sister. Riri Williams, played by Dominique Thorne, will make her MCU debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (A.K.A Ironheart).
Feige in an interview said, “The Multiverse is the next step in the evolution of the MCU and Doctor Strange. And the Multiverse of Madness is going to crack it wide open in ways that will have implications”.
Nia DaCosta is directing ‘The Marvels’, which will be released in theatres on November 11, 2022.Iman Vellani who plays Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan) might be joining Carol Danvers. And, WandaVision’s Monica Rambeau (A.K.A Photon) in the sequel, according to the official Marvel blog.
Further, other Releases coming up next year-Blade- 7th October , 2022Avatar 2- 16th December, 2022. Following this, other sequels like Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be released in 2023.
